Minnesota Power wants to proceed with its plans without further environmental studies.
DULUTH – The Minnesota Supreme Court will decide if state regulators must pursue a lengthy environmental review for a natural gas plant proposed in Wisconsin following arguments before the court Tuesday.

Ken Notes: If we look at what is happening on the national scale, we should realize that the courts are not the best place to resolve these issues. We need a bipartisan energy policy especially now that we know renewable energy is cost effective.
