`OK, so how?` These Wisconsin farmers are trying to tackle climate change, but they could use some help


The herd of black Angus beef cattle perks up as Rick Adamski and Valerie Dantoin approach them on a sunny summer morning, straining at the wire fencing Adamski will soon strip away to let them into a new section of field filled with clover and alfalfa...

...Not so for a neighboring farm that manages a much larger herd and stretch of land. As Dantoin and Adamski fence in the next paddock for their livestock, tanker trucks rumble over the roads that zig-zag the neighboring farmland, burning diesel as they haul manure to be disposed of elsewhere...
