The herd of black Angus beef cattle perks up as Rick Adamski and Valerie
Dantoin approach them on a sunny summer morning, straining at the wire
fencing Adamski will soon strip away to let them into a new section of
field filled with clover and alfalfa... ...Not so for a neighboring farm that manages a much larger herd and
stretch of land. As Dantoin and Adamski fence in the next paddock for
their livestock, tanker trucks rumble over the roads that zig-zag the
neighboring farmland, burning diesel as they haul manure to be disposed
