Minnesota Power, which covers roughly a third of the state — from Little Falls in the south to International Falls in the north and over to Duluth and up to Canada — serves residential customers, big paper mills and taconite plants in the northeastern quadrant of Minnesota... Ken Notes: There will need to be a production option to work with solar and wind to maintain steady power. Of course the plant will do far more than this and my guess is you will see production headed east where demand is highest. I wish we could discuss all the options in an open forum...
