As the Wisconsin ethanol industry has grown, so has the economy in west-central Wisconsin, benefiting our community. If we want to continue this success we need Washington to lift outdated seasonal regulations on E15, a 15 percent ethanol fuel blend from plants just like the one in Necedah....
