Ken Notes: Great read, but the die is cast and there is legislative support for these lines and enough money behind them to ensure that it remains that way. This is not a Wisconsin issue it is a Midwest issue with national support.

I have suggested a scenario where we negotiate for more public amenities like trails, camping, and recreation facilities - but alas the just say no contingent believed they could stem the tide. They can`t -- the numbers are far to large here. We can get concessions because the power is used outside the state...
