Recycle More Wisconsin celebrates America Recycles Day around the state

Recycle More Wisconsin (RMW), a program of the Associated Recyclers of Wisconsin (AROW), is offering organizations, businesses, municipalities and residents opportunities to celebrate and promote America Recycles Day by taking part in state and nationwide campaigns. Starting Nov. 2, communities around the state will be participating in an organized online campaign to educate residents about the dos and don’ts of recycling.

“America Recycles Day, celebrated on Nov. 15, provides the opportunity to remind residents about the economic and environmental benefits of recycling including conservation of natural resources, tax relief and job growth.” said AROW President Meleesa Johnson. “Wisconsinites make efforts every day to recycle more and recycle right, and we appreciate that.
