Proposed Twin Cities-Milwaukee-Chicago Intercity Passenger Rail Service

The proposed Twin Cities-Milwaukee-Chicago Intercity Passenger Rail Service project between the Twin Cities, Milwaukee, Chicago, and smaller cities in between has completed a first milestone towards entering the federal passenger rail program.
